![]() Jamie graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2003 with a BA in psychology the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2005 and became a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in 2007. She meets with clients of all ages from children through adult. She also has a background that incorporates mindfulness, motivational interviewing, family systems and couples and other cognitive person centered practices. Jamie’s background includes work in narrative therapy a practice that is very honoring to her clients separating them from their problems they experience and helping them to cultivate new meaning and a preferred new direction to their story. She focuses on honoring each person’s story and incorporating a creative unique approach to each person. She enjoys collaborating with individuals, couples and families to help them to cope with life challenges and gain perspective, new skills and hope to live their preferred lives.
